The Narrative
Diesel is more than an Italian retail powerhouse; it is a cultural provocateur. During my tenure at the Los Angeles PR office, I served as a Strategic Assistant to the Global Head of Talent and Publicity, operating at the intersection of high-fashion editorial and Hollywood’s elite. My work focused on Diesel Black Gold, the brand's contemporary luxury line, where I helped bridge the gap between Milanese craftsmanship and the global red carpet.

The Impact

  • Celebrity Narrative & Red Carpet Strategy: Orchestrated high-profile wardrobing and styling for Tier-1 talent. Key placements included directing the red carpet aesthetic for Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed during the global premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

  • Elite Brand Activations: Spearheaded the execution of exclusive cultural events, most notably the high-profile launch partnership between Diesel Black Gold, Flaunt Magazine, and Leighton Meester. My role involved managing the delicate balance of brand integrity and media visibility in the high-pressure Hollywood landscape.

  • Media Curation & Showroom Management: Navigated the technical and relational aspects of global PR, utilizing FashionGPS to manage luxury sample traffic and generating comprehensive media analysis for Diesel’s executive leadership in Italy and New York.
