Kelly Madera is the founder of KMM Creative Direction, a studio dedicated to the architecture of brand voice and sustainable narrative. With a career forged in the global offices of Diesel and refined within the tech ecosystems of LinkedIn and Levi Strauss & Co., Kelly brings a rare synthesis of strategic precision and investigative soul to the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

A graduate of Parsons School of Design and Loyola Marymount University, she is a recognized voice in the mechanics of fashion ethics. Kelly has been an invited speaker at international forums including the Global Fashion Conference in London, and she contributes a critical lens to industry standards through her investigative work with re/make.

Her work transcends traditional copywriting; she serves as a lead voice for global icons and independent visionaries alike, including the CFDA-awarded Anna Sui. Her reporting on environmental crisis and social impact has appeared in Ms. Magazine. Her agency’s portfolio reflects this versatility, ranging from high-visibility tech clients such as Postmates by Uber to sustainable fashion pioneers like GRAMMAR NYC and Victoria Road.

Whether consulting on content strategy via the Italia Innovation Program in Northern Italy or orchestrating narrative for Eventbrite’s annual conference, Kelly’s mission remains the same: to find the "pulse" of a brand and translate it into a lasting legacy. She is currently at work on a collection of essays exploring narrative authority and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
