Kelly Madera is an editor, writer, and content strategist living and working in San Francisco. She holds a B.F.A. in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University and an M.A. in Fashion Studies with an emphasis in sustainable fashion from Parsons, The New School for Design. Kelly is backed by six years of content strategy and copywriting experience.
She has worked alongside: Levi Strauss & Co. (2019), Eventbrite (2019), Postmates (2018-2019), GRAMMAR NYC (2018), Victoria Road (2017), Project JUST (2016), DataStax (2014-2015), LinkedIn (2013-2014), PMK*BNC (2013), Diesel (2012), and J.Crew (2009-2012).
While obtaining her M.A. at Parsons, Kelly completed academic research on the ethical fashion industry via case study of Everlane (2017). She has spoken about her research at The Parsons Festival (2017), and LIM College's Fashion Now & Then: Fashion & Sustainability (2017), and was accepted at the Global Fashion Conference, London College of Fashion (2018).
